The skiing

The Pirin mountain range is Alpine in character. The main skiing area is between 2000 and 2500 meters above sea level and boasts an impressive snowfall record and beautiful weather. The skiing season is long - from mid December to mid April and there are pistes to suit every skier from novice to intermediate to expert.
