Property Management Services

Property Management Services (PMS) will offer your apartment for rent from their offices in Sunny beach and their partner’s offices.

The most popular package offered starts at just 500 Euros per year for your property and includes the following services: Airing of the property; Cleaning the apartment; Making the beds; Delivering laundered linen, towels and toilet paper; Welcome pack delivered (upon request); Midweek and prior to departure check up to ensure that tenants take good care of the property; Full inventory and presentation before and after every let; A full check against all contents listed in the inventory; Cleaning the apartment after departure; Ensuring all windows and doors are locked.

A letting only service is also offered on a commission basis.
